Service Refunds
Due to the nature of verification and screening services, refunds may not be available once processing has started.

Before Processing
If a request is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued.

After Processing
Once a background check or compliance service has started, refunds are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Orders
If a service was purchased by mistake, please contact us immediately.

Technical Issues
If the service cannot be completed due to technical reasons, we may offer a refund or reprocessing.
